working class hero 'Friendly banter'?
What I have heard coming out of Y26 has included racist, homophobic, sexist crap.
A mate took his daughter to a Pompey game [their first match] and sat in Y26. He has never been back. This is why the club is trying to clean things up. There is passion, and there is foul mouthed threats of violence.
Passion is fine. But all too often we see the scales tip into something else entirely....
I support the Club stance.

That Friday Feeling A policy that moves the Y26ers into the better parts of the stadium cannot be a good thing.

AlexY25 I have spoken to Clive Doyle, Reading's safety officer and he has taken this decision following various incidents this season - coin throwing and racial abuse are 2 I recall from our conversation. He has offered to attend a meeting to explain his decision and I will attempt to arrange one for next Saturday as the next home game is moved to Monday evening and will be next to impossible to get enough people to a meeting. Please let me know if you would like to attend.

jonboy29red I have heard racist comments from Y26 this season. And there have been incidents of coin throwing etc. So the Club has the right to enforce its rules. If there are objectionable chants and misbehaviour elsewhere then bans and section closures would be a possibility.
I am entitled to an opinion - even if you don't like it.
if thats the case have u reported em cus ive not herd anything like that or seen it
