Since we began playing a more passing style of football, our record at coming from behind is abysmal. I think we've only done it 5-6 times and won a game in the last 5 years when Adkins took over.
When we did long ball and wing play under Coppell and Brian, we showed much more character to come back and win. This is because we got the ball forward so quickly under both Steve and Brian. Even in our failed prem season under Brian we came from behind to win 3 times.
It's clear our style of play is holding us back. It'd be interesting if we have any stats to back this up
