oxf*rd me :shock: good point from Dellor there.

Lining up for a short GK that then goes long adds meters to the CBs running in a game unnecessarily, so they're more prone to getting leggy in the last 5 to 10 minutes.

Think he's overstated how much extra running it is. But still.
