Pepe the HorsemanYorkshireRoyal99Pepe the Horseman Has be done "well" at Braga though? They're currently 4th. They finished 4th last season. Finished 3rd the season before he took over. Finished 4th the season before that and the season before that... Seems like he's just done what every other Braga manager in recent history has done.
Won a trophy last season, losing in the other final whilst (arguably) matching the clubs best European performance since 2010/11 when they lost in the EL final to Porto, by reaching the QF stage this time around. I mention arguably as they were in the CL group stages in 2012/13, where they finished bottom of the group, which some might perceive as a better European performance due to being in a better competition.
It's a matter of opinion, but I think losing at the Quarter Final stage of the EL is a better European achievement than finishing bottom of a CL group.
I'd say that's doing pretty well for them.
They won the other cup the season before and got to the semis of both the season before that. So again, just carried on where his predecessors left off. Hasn't done badly, has just done the same as everyone else.
All subjective I suppose. I personally think he has done well there, so I'd say the same with his predecessors as well.
