Sir Dodger Royal The Donkey to score two if he is fit. Royals to go down 1-3 but least we have a goal. well an own goal just like Wolves game.

Difference being that we will be dodgered. Madman outttttttttttttt

You're loving this aren't you? What a shame Pardew isn't in the league - you'd self combust.

Anyway, 2-0 Utd and some more jiberish in the press conference that'll contain "it was a great experience for my young players" and "Utd are a great club who play good football" and "our striking options are limited".

2-0 Sheffield

United fans raucous, sensing blood in the water, Reading fans depressed. I just hope no idiots boo.

Going for 0-0, seems like the most obvious result to me, lets see how far up the table we can get without scoring a goal....

The only booing will be if madejski dares to taunt us being stepping on the pitch for a wave. I don't care how many around me disapprove, ill be booing.

I will at no point be booing our players, i'll be supporting them as they are young lads who have lots of potential, its not their fault the whole academy is being picked at once.

That is a pertinent point Finerain. You really can't blame these players. I blamed the likes of SHunt and Shorey (though I never booed them) because we'd seen what they were previously capable of and we knew they were't putting their all in once they had decided they wanted to go, but our current team have been shoved in at the deep end and you really can't blame them for what, currently, appears to be a bit of a mess.

Brendan has talked the talk, can he walk the walk?

2-0 Sheffield united.
Reading won't have a shot on target, our tw@t of a manager will say we played well and the pr1ck that is MAdejski will continue to spend zero money, and take us closer to League 1.

Few more home games and when the monkey clapping idiot steps out to the pitch before a game, he will be roundly booed!!

I think we'll lose 0-2. And next week BR, Nicky and Sir John will have to deliver on the two new attacking players to which BR refers in today's Post.

My RTG glasses are well and truly off.

I have not been more negative before a match for many years. I really do not see us competing with Sheffield - who I see as one of the main promotion candidates so a 2-0 to them looks likely.

A controversial and turgid 0-0.

In my eyes, that'd be a good result.

I'm going for a 1-0 Blades win, can't see where a goal is coming from, especially now as the TS offer has been rejected, hope I'm wrong!

I can see us really getting turned over here and the kids getting trampled. I really cannot see where a goal is going to come from. 0-3.

Share the same feeling - am taking the whole family to the game, and am worried it's going to be a depressing day. I'd take a 0:0 with a smile on my face.

I'm not optimistic and very confident but the best we can hope for is 0-0. If we had sign smith it would be a different picture.

In that scenario, I would expect some action from BR. I seem to recall him having a small public fall-out with the Watford board early in that tenure, and the same would happen here I would venture. Given that he targeted forwards very early on in the summer, the failure to strengthen there might well be a resignation issue for him.

Anyway, that's all conjecture - I'm sure we'll get someone in eventually.

Our matches against the Blades are usually two of the highlights of the season for me but I am dreading the game tomorrow. I hope we beat them but I fear we will lose 2-0.
