Saw Hessanthyler (sp?) was interested on the Beeb. He did alright with Gillingham(?) as a player manager didn't he?

Sort of guy you need? Determined and organised rather than pretty or hoofy?

Was a decent player with us too and did well at Gillingham although its a big jump from Dover albeit where Hessy had done well to the Championship at a club which is not in good shape and will probably struggle whoever the manager is.
