LOL @ people not wanting to go to games because we are playing shite and there is less and less chance we will go up. What is the point of supporting a football club! The bad times make the good times better, get over it.

People's expectations are what is making this season seem unsuccessful, people seem to think we have a god given right to go straight back up when we don't.

If we hadn't got promoted 3 yrs ago then people would still be optimistic that with 6 games to go it was in our own hands. I agree our recent performaces have been so tediously boring that i can't see where the next win/goal is coming from but that's football.

And for people who want Coppell out an even bigger LOL. If we don't go up I agree we need a massive clear out and start to rebuild using the acadamy players. But who better to do that than Coppell who knows the club and the staff and has a head start over any other manager we would bring in.

The fact is if we don't go up (maybe even if we do) Coppell with probably walk anyway, but those calling for his head while we still have a chance of promotion are better suited to supporting Newcastle.
