Norfolk Royal
Optimist The Cardiff win will be such a boost mentally to the players; as without Jimmy they believe they can win and win well, so with Jimmy they should be even better. And as Kebe will be playing on Monday, we should be just fine.

If only you didn't have that username.

I replied to this Q in the "what you wearing" thread. At the Madejski the east (because the sun sets in the west  ) gets the sun shining on it. So at Wembley the sun will be in the Swansea fans' eyes.

I absolutely guarantee that we will win, with or without Kebe. Premiership football next season, lads and lasses.

Will Shane Long be mooning them?

I can't confirm that I'm afraid but I see no reason why not.

the way I see it home leg against Cardiff we didnt test Bywater despite massive possesion advantage

second leg we had some great luck with Shanes first and some woeful misses by Cardiff

If we were to beat Swansea without Jimmy we would need to take our chances as im not sure how much we will create, a good sign was forest hit the bar a few times and seemed to create against them.

You mean that massive 50% possession that we had compared to Cardiffs 50%?

2 world wars, 1 world cup I think I'm going to start posting irritating messages about how we're going to lose so that if it does happen I'll at least have some gloating to be happy about. So here it goes:

We're going to get slaughtered by Swansea and anyone who believes otherwise is a complete idiot. There is NO WAY we are going to win. You heard it here first, RTG morons.

thing is, if we lose, we shrug, and get on with next season, wheras you will still have shit all over your glasses.

I hear whooshing.

towards the end of the first half we had enjoyed a big possesion advantage, Cardiff came back intol it but the fact remains we didnt test the keeper

I wasn't arguing about whether we tested Bywater or not, I was just pointing out that we didn't have a possession advantage as you said.

I know, but I can't help remembering that they overtook us at the end of the season and made third.

I don't see how you can say they overtook us at the end of the season

At the end of Feb they were 2nd and we were 10th
At the end of March they were 3rd and we were 7th
At the end of April they were 4th and we were 5th
They finished 3rd and we finished 4th on the same points

No, we finished 5th, three points behind them. They overtook us at the end, because at one point we were 4th and they were 5th.

We DID (briefly) go above them, but only because (Game 42) we beat Leicester 16 April as they drew.

We then threw it away v Leeds 0-0 away (good result) Sheffield Utd 2-3 (stupid result)

But to say "they overtook us at the end" gives a very false impression of the realities.

We were chasing, chasing, and they were slipping, but recovered

Personally I think that conclusively shows who's been the better side all season and who had one great short term run.

Where did you get it from Platy? Genuinely curious to have a look myself.
