Manager Backing?

No, I don't blame the manager. In fact I think since he took over he has got more out of the lads then anyone could have expected. I love the team because of their penchant for overachieving. If the chairman gave us all the soldiers we needed to go to battle we'd probably be a shoe-in for promotion. I see the poor results of the last few games resulting from the players losing their focus/composure at the absolute wrong time.

Though, that being said, I don't understand the 4-5-1 formation we employed in the last game when we absolutely needed the 3 points...
