Wealdstone at home Spot on - everything communicated by the club and the players is luke warm and lacks conviction and sincerity - it reminds me a bit of our government at present - the more they to say what they think we want to hear the more shaky I feel about the season ahead

RoyaleeUke Is there no way we can get the comments of posters when from when we bought Kitson?
The ones about third rate, lack of ambition, etc...?
I was one of the few on here who lauded him as a superb signing having seen him play against us for Cambridge. It was probably the people on here now saying everything is alright and Coppell's got it under control though to be honest so their opinions didn't carry as much weight as a sponge.
RoyaleeGordons Cumming You're all going to look stupid when we're top at Xmas.
Top at Xmas? Someone's had a few too many sherrys.
Royalee Excellent player as long as it goes through and shows how astute Coppell is in the transfer market. I reckon this could be the first of a few signings progressing in the next few days.
Royalee Offer him a certain amount we can afford and stick to it. If he doesn't take it, he can fcuk off. He's not irreplaceable and the season before last he was poor. Gunnarsson showed he was equal to him in the first half of this season and only since coming back from injury has Sidwell recaptured the good form he had when he signed for us. .
Royalee £3 million is almost double Sidwell's worth, I'd bite Man City's arms off.

The single most memorable Hob Nob quote of all time. Thanks for digging that one up, Rev.

Alan Partridge I am not overly fussed about him going, in many ways I am happy to see the back of Mr Ego, however I have absolutely no faith whatsoever in Dumb and Dumber trying to replace him.

winchester_royal £5m is not bad money for a 28 year old.
Lita and Doyle are easily good enough or the championship, and with Long and maybe a young new player offering back up, we won't miss the Ginger Ninja too much.
Good luck Kits, and God Bless.
