Unfortunately this thread gets more pointless by the week.

If he wasn’t sacked after Kidderminster, Fulham, Huddersfield, etc, why would he be now?

Clear as day the club are living in hope we can sh*thouse a few results here and there while depending on Peterborough/Derby to not do the same.

They are completely ignorant to the fact that surviving in such a way will have pushed more than half the fanbase away by which point regardless.

Stranded
Unless there is a random clause in his contract, we either fire him now and pay him up or pay him over the next 5 months.

Either way the cost falls within the same time period. So the EFL have no need to sanction the cost as it is already accounted for.

The issue will be hiring the next guy.

only pay if they keep us up :D No win, no fee :D

They own the ground, they own a nice piece of real estate just outside Wokingham. Run us into the ground and walk away with a fortune

He spoke on BBC Radio Berkshire like a man in no danger of getting the sack. Let's be honest he should have gone after Kidderminster or Luton and still survived. Unless he walks he'll be here until the end of the season and the whole thing stinks. Players have stopped playing for him, he has lost the large majority of the fan base and only his cosy relationship with the Iranian spiv and the owner is keeping him in a job.

They’d lose an absolute fortune if they walked away now

RG30 Players have stopped playing for him, .

Did anyone see what Dellor was referring to with Swift?

I was being assaulted by my kidlet at the moment and must've missed a moment where Swift allegedly looked at the bench and flung his arms in the air possibly in a "wtf is the plan meant to be?" sort of way, IIRC, how Dellor was describing it anyway, certainly with them commentating that we seemed clueless in midfield with players in all sorts of positions.

It was pretty obvious here was no plan or discipline when Danny Shitty Drinkwater turned up overlapping on the right wing when he should be screening the defence.

CountryRoyal "between all the goals, we played well"

FCUK ME. He is deluded.

I’m reliably informed that the number of goals we’ve conceded this month is the worst monthly total in more than a century. Fair play though, 0 points in January shows signs of improvement, if we could just stop losing to every team on the planet we’ll be fine. Have faith in the maestro, what could possibly go wrong.

To add insult to injury, £34 for a sh | t house ground, £5 whatever for a plastic bottle of ditch water pretending to be beer and day tripper QPR fans, another quality away day.

We did get one point in January v Derby :?

Mea Culpa, extend the clown's contract.

While the owners may be incapable of running a football club well. Property is their background, and like the Glaziers, they are hard nosed business savvy.

You mean they made a fortune converting bomb shelters into shopping centres in China.

They're not going to get much for a football stadium on a rubbish dump with guaranteed challenges to change of use.

You're presumably on a rolling contract so the flip side is you can give notice and leave when you like.

Footy has contracts for the club's sake as much as the manager's/players' i.e. in this case he's shit and we want him out but let's say his honeymoon patch last year was to continue and we were to beat the 106. Then we'd be safe. The downside is when they're shit (Moore, Puscas, Aluko, Pauno etc) and we're stuck.

I still think it's bollocks though because FSB and Parj (and Clarke) have taught us that contract means not much. Like shithead players who sign contracts but then want to leave so disrupt harmony/stop trying and you're better off just offloading them. The whole system probably is better for the employed rather than the employer.

I'm no HR or football contract guru though so others will probably be more useful.

I'm sure that they tapped into NH's expertise in redeveloping Bearwood. A facility owned by a company seperate to the football club. Probably a better facility than Chelsea's at Chobham.

So, our rolling 12 game points per game form has now been at relegation fodder (1 ppg) or worse for 5 games... lose the next one and we plummett from 0.75 ppg to 0.5 ppg. That's over 12 (TWELVE) games.

That's more than a quarter of a season of being so hopeless we should finish bottom, let alone just be relegated.

But it’s part of the plan, a fluid system to allow players the freedom to do what they want, while Danny roams out on the right someone else will pick up his screening duties.

It has got to be Parkys chance now, ably assisted by Mad Dog Allen if he could be tempted away from Eastleigh?

Impressive CV.
