Zip Jeez. When we bring Semedo on the balance of the side is completely lost.
In the end we were desperately hanging on. It’s a point. Not enough but at least Barnsley lost as did Boro. A very good day for Bournemouth.

Joao needs to be dropped.

And binned.

So we should get rid of our top scorer because you don't like his body language? Nonsense

I'm in two minds about Joao.

His general involvement in the game and effort has got better since his goals dried up.

But he's there to score goals and it's juts not working for him.

Still the impact of taking him off suggests he should still start.

leon Sorry chaps that was shit.

I thought for the first twenty minutes in the second half we were terrific. Moore very unlucky not to have scored. Joao had to score from that chance. Meite scores but was very very quiet. Olise poor. Ejaria our best player by a mile.

Ejaria had some end product and his work rate was excellent.

He should have had at least two assists. He was outstanding. We really ran out of stream and the last 15 was a horrible watch. Holmes is a real prospect but at centre back. We have to play Esteves at right back if Yids is unfit. Holmes had a torrid time.

The big takeaway from today is that we drop out of the play offs if Bournemouth win their game in hand isn’t it.

Snowflake Royal Just about held out.

I'll take that. Should have won, but in the end held on. Some great, some terrible.

It'll do.

1 defeat in 6 ain't terrible.

Looks a lot worse when you look at the opposition, and then consider our run in too.

Meh.

Any point from a losing position this season is a good point. We're still in poll position. The others have to better us.

Besides, I'm perfectly happy with a top 10 finish, which we're basically guaranteed. And also think we're as capable of picking up points in the tough games as dropping them in the less tough ones.

We've beaten Watford and Barnsley already. We drew with Swansea. We gave Norwich a game and only lost through suiciding iirc.

Holmes had his worst game at RB by far, but he's been consistently good there previously. He's ahead of Esteves for a reason.

Thought Bournmouth had played less games but they have played the same.....still have a 2 point lead.
Need Morrison back asap....Moore really isn't capable of organising in the same manner.

All that needs to be said really.

Let's face reality, we've been really shit for a little while.

Last game we were very poor, as we were in this game bar a small period where we created & missed loads of chances with QPR absolutely destroying us after that. We were lucky with a point.

We are shit guys, the wheels have fallen off and it's going to take a huge boost of form for us to stay in the playoffs let alone have a hope in hell of getting anything out of them.

Probably the same reason he brought Semedo on for Olise tbf

Shame about Araruna’s injury, think he would have been the serious option for right back this season.

A big ego that needs constant massaging. Probably why has never made a higher level. High maintenance, lacks the discipline demanded by premiership managers.

He won’t reach those levels again.

To me it looks like he has already thrown the towel in.

A terrible presence on the pitch which has a negative influence on everyone around him.

With his talent he should be playing in the PL. The reason he isn’t is clear. His head isn’t right.

Sounds like I think I’m stating fact, but just my opinion

I struggle to see the point of Olise thesedays.

Yeah he has shown real promise and is clearly very talented but screwing up corners/free kicks/passes seems more the rule now for him rather than the exception.

Needed to win that and Birmingham. We've given ourselves too much to do for the play offs now.

Rafael. 6 Crucial save with his legs. Distribution very poor
Richards 5 Below par performance. Didn’t do much going forward
Moore 5 Dreadful passing at times and part of a very shaky back four
Gibson 6 Did ok. One or two iffy moments
Holmes 4 He will be a good centre back for us but he was targeted and struggled
Rino 6 Some good runs forward. Good assist with pass to Yaks
Laurent 6 Won plenty of tackles but unable to drive forward
Olise 5 Nowhere near his best. Set pieces poor and passing awry
Ejaria 8 MoTM superb passes at times and won plenty of fouls
Meite 5 Scored but otherwise very quiet
Joao 4 Desperately needs a goal. October Lucas would have scored at least twice today.

Semedo 5 Didn’t offer much when he came on
Puscas 5 No service and barely involved
Esteves 5 Did ok in limited time on pitch.

Well that wasn’t memorable.

Nice little break and we will hopefully see Yiadom and Morro back too.

What a game we have in store up at Barnsley. This playoff race is going to go down to the wire, isn’t it :D

I don’t think he will be going forward. He is very much a centre back and was far too narrow today. His day will come and he has the makings of an excellent centre back. Esteves has to start if Yids is not back.

Your opinion is solid, for too long he has been a liability, now's the time to bin, his woeful attitude is affecting the whole team.

One defeat in last six games; 3 Wins, 2 draws, a single 1-goal defeat = 11 points

We feel disappointed but 2 points a game is normally enough for automatic.
