Thought he was our best defender in that game^^

Doesn't say much but he was alongside Harte and Cummings who are regulars now.

Khumalo would have made me look brilliant. - actually thought Cummings was alright, bar a couple of sticky moments - iirc now of course. Harte was dire at the start of the season.

A few quotes from Huddersfield fans

All joking aside, he's worth his own thread! The lad was bloody awesome today!

Best centre-half performance in a Town shirt this season!

Yeah, he bossed it today. Desperately unlucky not to score with a header, and he won everything in the air!

He was very impressive, should have scored from a header. only lost 1 tackle. Looks like a good footballer, used the ball well, didn't hoof the ball all afternoon

Hopefully he'll keep the performance up.

indeed, and one from a colleague of mine at todays game:

"morrison was superb. by far and away the best player on the pitch. i'd love to think we could keep him, i know clark really rates him, but reading rate the lad very highly so i don't expect more than a season's loan if we're lucky. he won everything in the air and played the ball from the back. very relaxed and brought calm to the defence. you must have two exceptional centre backs if morrison can't get a game?"

Now isn't that just what you want to hear from fans when a player goes on loan. Especially worthy given the Huddersfield are a bloody good team in the division below.

Right move from Reading again, giving the lad some first team action at a high level, much better than letting him kick his heels every week. Wonder if we have a 24 hour recall after the first month of his loan.
