Sure he rolled the ball out a couple of times, but his long kicking was poor - it often didn't go close to one of our strikers/ wingers

FT: #cafc 2-1 #readingfc Sorry Royals lucky to keep the defeat down to just 2. Awful at the back and just as poor going forwards

Nuff said

and that is why we could be realistic relegation candidates this season. personally i'm glad we're out of the competition. no disruptive mid-week games we don't need. we can concentrate on the league - getting enough points to secure our place in the championship, and then think/dream about pushing on from there.

We won't go down and we won't go up. We will finish where we would have been last season were it not for the winning run.
The real problem is when there isn't a 6 million pound player to sell because apparently without that we're going out of business .

At this point in the season last year (ignoring the forthcoming Gylfi sale) who was that £6 mill player mate? Because it wasn't Long- it was a similar start to the season and we were CRYING out for a striker

- McCarthy didn't command his box in any way.

FAO Everyone claiming Feds needs to be dropped because he can't command his area.

FAO you, Manny is utterly wrong.

He started to lose it a bit second half, but he came out and claimed more crosses in one game than Federici has managed in 4*

* Disclaimer. Ok so I haven't actually seen all of three of them, but he came out and won at least 4 or 5 which is 4 or 5 more than Federici did against Millwall

couple of kicks which went astray - doesnt cost games.

not commanding your area and not coming out for corners does

I couldn't give a rats arse about his kicking if he can save one-on-ones and get to crosses. Which he can and does. Was always looking to come off his line and claim, that was his first move from a corner. Federici stands and watches.

Same as Federici then

Plus when you've got Simon Church and the debutant Jordan Obita included in there, you're being rather optimistic to kick it out in the first place
