I think "Rovers" is supposed to be a nickname, not an actual state of affairs.
But they should be called the "Dogs." The Barking Dogs.

handbags_harrispapereyeshandbags_harris So what do you suggest Floyders? An old-industry nickname, such as the Seed Sowers? Or a new-industry nickname such as the IT Technicians?
The Spread Sheet Warriors?
Good attempt, but Spread Sheet Warriors would encompass only a section of workers who utilise IT, mainly those in finance I suppose. Oracle do online systems encompassing spreadsheets, and they are a big company I suppose. But for me, thinking about it the Keyboard Warriors is more universal. And I also know there is a small company on Thames Valley Park which manufactures keyboards, which gives the name credibility.
All together now:
COOOOOME ONNNNNN YOU KEYBOARDS!!!
