melonhead madejski has negotiated joint ownership, he continues to be chairman, and has a veto on all major decisions on the future of the club.
the new investors have agreed to pay JM a proportion of his share now, and will pay the rest plus profit on promotion- all further profits from then will be split between the club, and the investors.
there is a further sum of money earmarked to spend now and in the summer
the management team are writing a shopping list as we speak, and are looking to sign at least 3 players before the window shuts

Thanks to all. I haven't had such a good laugh on this forum in a long time. and I agree with Melerz that the response on here is so much better.

Leicester + MONEY + IRRATIONALITY = FAIL (i.e the purchase of Mills for £5m)

Reading + SHREWDNESS = Stable competitive championship team

Reading + MONEY + SHREWDNESS = Champions League football in 5 Years!!

A very cryptic message from Sir John. Lets home for the best but who knows what the hell this means. I only like to support prudent, puritanical clubs because I like my football to reflect my everyday life.

I can't help thinking back 20 years to when the youth team was going to be scrapped until a mysterious and anonymous benefactor gave Sir John £50k after all avenues to raise the cash from elsewhere were exhausted.
