Hound Being as the schedule eases up a bit now hope we don’t rotate too much next week. No midweek games in the next 2 weeks afaik

Hopefully can get Dorsett, Akande, Kelvin E, Yiadom and Craig back for the next league game.

It’d be great if the likes of Ahmed, Kanu and Holzman were on the edge of the first team squad rather than starting 11

I feel a lot more confident of challenging for a play off spot after yesterday. Hunt has added something I think.

On Burnley, I'm not sure we have a lot of choice about playing a strong XI. We don't have many players to come in.

About the maximum extent of thr changes we could make is this isn't it? And I can't think of a single winger.

......................Button
Ahmed, Holzman, Kanu, Osho
......................Senga
............Sackey, Rushesha
???.......................................???
...................Wareham

Hoping for something more like:

...................Button
Abrefa, Dean, Kanu Garcia
....................Senga
...........Wing.........Savage
Knibbs........................Wareham
....................Smith

Definitely some fringe players I'd like to see more of, or who might soon be very important.

Yeah true, the second side looks about right. I guess we could always bring in more u21s - Okine Peters etc

Senga doesn’t seem to have progressed - would like to see him as he’s always looked handy to me but didn’t make the bench yesterday

Swap in Rushesha who I really do want to see get some minutes

Would also be nice if Craig was fit for a go in midfield. And maybe yiadom, Dorsett etc on the bench

Senga looks good every time I see him. I don't get it.

He's big, he's not slow. He's strong. He's got good feet. He's calm.

And Shay Spencer too. Both good prospects, but probably in the position with the most depth. Can either of them play LB?

Senga would probably do better there than Osho.

I'd try something like...

Button; Ahmed, Holzman, Kanu/Stickland, Senga; Spencer, Rushesha, Wellens/Sackey; Osho, Okine-Peters, Wareham

Obviously a bit of flexibility - could stick Kanu at left back to move Senga forward, or put Sackey on the wing.

Do this fully in the knowledge that we're going to lose.

If we play Knibbs, Wing, Savage and Smith then it's another matter, but hard to see our third string creating many chances against Burnley.

Would definitely put Savage into this odds and sods mix, he’s young, relatively bullet-proof and can hit in the odd goal out of nothing much.

If Smith, Knibbs or Wing got an injury we'd all be livid with Hunt. I hope those 3 are rested, but we do include some first teamers.

What's Osho's natural position?

When he played in pre-season it was left back and I thought he did really well. But since he's also played RW too.

Can't see us having much chance of scoring without those three.

That's why we need to protect them for the league.

I’d agree if it was the Papa Johns or whatever it is, but the FA Cup isn’t one I’d send a weak team for at this stage

We’re out of the fixture congestion of Xmas. Always a chance they’ll get injured of course and agree if they’re carrying an injury (Knibbs may well be) but otherwise can’t just wrap them in cotton wool.

They’re all strong experienced players whose bodies are used to coping with a lot of games

Not sure to be honest. Whenever I've seen him it's been further forward, but I haven't seen much.

A great point won on Saturday; not that long ago, we would have lost that 2 or 3-0.
