ILoveMoonPig Does anyone know anything about his footballing style? What are we looking at here, big strong lads, difficult to beat? Fast paced, short passing? Direct, attacking play?

Not happening for him this season. Maybe a loan to a div1 side in Jan would do him good

Many managers fail because they attempt to introduce their own style of play / formation. Rather than look at the players at their disposal and maximise what's available.

Nothing on Leigertwood as of yet.https://www.readingfc.co.uk/news/2025/october/28/scott-marshall-departs-reading-football-club/ Reading Football Club can confirm that Scott Marshall has left his position as Assistant First Team Manager following the arrival of Leam Richardson as the club’s new First Team Manager.
Scott returned to the Royals in the summer ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, reuniting with the club for a second spell having previously led our Under-23s between 2017 and 2020 and briefly served as caretaker manager in 2018. A highly respected coach and popular figure at Bearwood Park, he has worked with professionalism and total commitment throughout his time back at the club.
Scott departs as part of changes to the club’s first team coaching structure under Leam Richardson.
Everyone at Reading Football Club would like to thank Scott for his dedication and support during his time here. He leaves with our very best wishes for the future.

PieEater Is his name pronounced Leam as in team, or Le-am as in Liam.
If it's the latter I'm with Winston and hate him already.
