No Trevor Senior, Michael Gilkes, Robin Friday, Sir John Madejski in the HOF yet.

I can understand keeping current players/managers out as they may turn on us or something and I understand not including everyone in one go and spreading the big name ones out for good publicity but I'm surprised by some of those missing.

It's not up to me but I'd always reserve Hall of Fame inductions for after retirement, even without that proviso it's pretty mental that Gylfi has got in before Maurice Evans.

I think the Americans have got it nailed down right.

In the NFL you have to be retired for at least 5 years before you can be inducted into the HOF.

HoF is work in progress, going to get to 150 entries for 2021/2022 so no doubt those missing names will be sorted over the coming years.

When STAR induct people on the night they look to try and induct 1 from each previous decade, up to 15 names in total.
