Dull, dull, dull.

1-1 (Long pen, vs late Tevez goal)

(followed by big stuffing in replay (as history dictates))

I want us to win, but honestly speaking Man City have too much quality that we havent faced in a while. I think our potential back 4 will be too old/slow to cope. Not saying we cant win or draw at least but i think 3-1 city (Tevez x2 and Dzeko, Long). Ideal world would be a win dont care what score!

We all know that if we at our best and city are at their best
they will run out comfortable winners.

There is no shame in that.

We have to play at our best, have defenders giving blood
midfielders running themselves into the ground and strikers
or striker playing out of their/his skin

AND they must be slightly out of sorts

AND we need a bagful of luck.

But football throws up shocks, and City are hot and cold.

Whereas I can see a 4-0 defeat it's not hard to imagine an early Shane
goal, an equaliser for City after 70% possession for 60 minutes, then
an 89th minute screamer from Ian Harte

That'll do me.

I have a strange optimism about tomorrow, but that's exactly it - City ARE hot and cold. This is why I was disappointed to see them lose in Ukraine.

My brother stuck this on Facebook last night and it'll do me fine.

‎"... 25 yards out, 90 minutes gone 0-0 here at the City of Manchester stadium in the quarter final, Harte steps up, left footed and rifles it into the top corner! Reading are going to the semi-finals!"

You can get 8-1 on a Reading win from most bookies. Got to be worth a few quids of anyone's money. Just put a tenner on myself!

NOTW Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is fighting dressing room unrest ahead of their FA Cup quarter-final with Reading.

City are much better at home than away, so I'd really hope for a draw and beat them at the Mad stad.

I'm saying 1-1.

Long to head the equaliser from a Harte cross.

It is 1:45AM kick off in Japanese time.
I can't stay awake till that late, beside as we are having nuclear plant accident and have limited electric power, I have better not use much electricity later at night.
Looking forward to hearing a good news by the morning.

Just want to note my appreciation to many of you who gave us your blessing thought to Japan in this tragedy of natural disaster.
Britain and many other countries including USA, Australia and even New Zealand have sent us rescue teams, and I and every Japanese people can not appreciate enough for your act and support.
