I am having trouble logging into my account I enter my member I'd but I am unsure whether I have to create a password or enter the PIN supplied, I would appreciate if someone could advise me as I am getting very frustrated with this.

Just phoned Reading FC Ticket Office to try and get a ticket for my 8 yr old nephew, only to be told their all sold out, I have been a Season Ticket holder since the Madjeski Stadium was built, surely that loyalty means something, very fustrated
