There's no replacement, he was made redundant, there was quite a few Sports staff members on Reach plc papers who posted similar messages on the same day. One from the Bristol City reporter as well.

Our 2012 staffing costs were very heavily bonus based though for getting promoted. So being at -120% looks bad but we managed to get promotion.
