One thing that I am wondering is - why are Hull willing to let him come out on loan? Given that their management is changing yet again, and they are reportedly restricted on bringing in new players, you'd think that they'd want to assess what they have until later in the transfer window....

Maybe they have signed and the club just wants to spread out the good news

One thing I just realized is the Lewis Wing spent a couple of seasons as a teammate of Joe Jacobsen. I wonder if that would be an influence at all over whether he is offered and/or agrees to extend his contract beyond this season...

I wonder how long that they have to accept/decline the offers. I am sure that some of those given offers will be weighing up alternative offers, so it would be good to know who we can count on for next season.

Every game is a very long-haul for me so I'd rather focus on how competitive the league will be next season. On that basis I would think Charlton would be who we'd most like to see the back of. Don't know about the L2 teams though would expect Chesterfield to be the best option based on historic pro...

SR + Sutekh's suggestions sound sensible to me. Sadly, I expect Mbengue to have other offers so not accept our offer, but we should certainly try. While with so much immediate activity it might be natural to defer it but I think we should also consider extending contracts with improved terms for tho...
