Royals In 2-2 Friendly Draw At Bournemouth

Reading FC's pre-season campaign continued with a 2-2 draw at Bournemouth this weekend. Again, manager Brian McDermott was able to use the majority of the first team squad over the two halves. The game saw an appearance from Jem Karacan who played the last twenty minutes of the fixture without any problem as he continues his return from injury. Both sides scored a goal in each half with Mariappa and Robson-Kanu grabbing the goals for the Royals.
