Might be a long way off base here but did Josh break into the Norwich team at left back while Jacob was playing on the wing? Or am I thinking of the Olssons?

I am pretty sure he started off as a left back and was then moved further forward.

Nice. Like the idea of away fans having a trip to the museum before a stroll through Forbury to see the abbey. Very cultured

Nicely omitted the 6-0 NYD game :D

I guess the F1 isn't running from the station as surely that would be better to get than the P&R bus.

F1 is running. None of the other football buses are.

Reported that we are in discussions with Wimbledon and may call off the game in midweek due to the heat.

8pm at night and temp probably going to around 25-27 degrees. Perhaps rearrange it for November?

I'm sure they would be able to split the game into chunks for drink breaks and the like.

Don’t think they can cancel it. I have already bought a ticket so there is a legal contract in place.....

I’m not a lawyer by the way.

Two new names on trial for Reading:

• Yasin Ben El-Mhanni - winger most recently of Harrow Borough

• Nesta Guiness-Walker - left-back who rejected a new deal at AFC Wimbledon a few weeks ago

Plus Hutchinson is the only remaining trialist from Benfica match

Glad to see the club's assessment of those performances was basically the same as mine.

Nesta Guiness-Walker is only 22 - wouldn't we have to pay a fee to any clubs that have been involved in his training to date?

El-Mhanni seems a weird one. 26 and has only managed 6 appearances in League Two. Barely even played in N/L. Newcastle obviously saw something in him a few years ago, but he's not exactly young.

From my Newcastle supporting m8

Most skilful player on the planet but when it comes to 11 a side it didn't work out for him. May still come good.
