A Rangers team with a nucleus of ex-English Championship players has done brilliantly to make the final when English teams made up of Premier League and International players haven't made it.

Very excitable atmosphere in the city today, lots of bars putting tv's out - fact that it will still be 25C at kick off time will help most places be full.

Had an email around from work suggesting that it may make sense to WFH tomorrow as it is expected the city centre will be packed to greet the team back win or lose but that it will naturally be much much busier if Eintracht win tonight.

Been out in Spain this week reasonably close to Seville. Got to say the Rangers lads are very jovial and friendly, just want to have a laugh and a great time. The town I stayed in had thousands of them there.

Good time for a holiday to be fair as well as the final, two birds with one stone and that.

In terms of support, it would be a great final. Frankfurt will travel in their thousands, as will Rangers. The local businesses in the area will be pocketing a fair sum this week.

One thing I will say is that I'll never understand why anyone would want to be rat arsed pissed at 10am. Saw a few of the Rangers boys completely leathered early doors. Just ruins the entire day surely.
